Olga Specjalska

Inspired by what could be, driven by curiosity and challenge, Olga is the Director of VMware’s Australia & New Zealand Partner Business. Since joining VMware over 11 years ago, Olga has demonstrated her talents and skills in various roles and markets. Now, as VMware’s Partner Business Director, Olga has created an entirely new team within the partner-facing part of the business.    As part of her ongoing efforts to promote positive change and champion DE&I and ESG initiatives wider industry, Olga is the Culture Chair for the global Women@VMware initiative and was the founder of the Sustainability Ambassadors team at VMware in A/NZ.
