Carbon Black’s Predictive Security Cloud (PSC) will integrate with industry’s first intelligence-driven digital workspace platform, VMware Workspace ONE
WALTHAM, Mass. — March 21, 2018 — Carbon Black, a leader in next-generation endpoint security, today announced support for the VMware Workspace ONE Trust Network, a new security approach that combines the industry’s first intelligence-driven digital workspace platform, Workspace ONE, with trusted security partner solutions to deliver predictive and automated security in the digital workspace.
This latest expansion of the Carbon Black / VMware collaboration builds on top of the recently announced VMware AppDefense™ and CB Defense joint offering, which aims to improve cloud and data center security.
As organizations move toward digital transformation, the digital workspace ecosystem of users, apps, endpoints, and networks continues to grow and evolve beyond the traditional perimeter. While the traditional perimeter dissolves, cyber threats advance and new ones emerge. As part of the collaboration, VMware AppDefense™ customers have the ability to leverage Carbon Black’s PSC reputation services. The jointly-developed solution combines VMware AppDefense and CB Defense’s advanced threat protection to provide a unique one-two punch for stopping threats to applications inside the data center.
