The VMware Service Provider Team
This team focuses on helping CSPs modernize their networks across the core, edge and radio area network (RAN). This is made possible by the VMware Telco Cloud portfolio. The portfolio enables CSPs to run, manage and deliver network functions—including virtualized and containerized network functions—on a software stack that is agile, performant and secure.

The VMware SASE Team
This team focuses on delivering a secure access service edge (SASE) platform for businesses of all sizes. The VMware SASE Platform delivers networking and security services out to the edge more efficiently and securely through VMware SASE points of presence (PoPs). These PoPs are valuable assets for delivering cloud networking and cloud security services (SD-WAN, secure access, cloud web security, cloud firewall and edge network intelligence). It’s also the platform for delivering distributed edge computing. VMware SASE enables CSPs to monetize their networks while serving the needs of their enterprise, SMB and prosumer customers.

The VMware Edge Computing Team
This team focuses on bringing technologies from across the VMware portfolio together to develop an edge computing platform for businesses. As computing gets decentralized for the next generation of modern applications, this platform will provide the performance, manageability and security services for edge-native applications. 5G networks, Containers-as-a-Service and SASE provide the underpinnings for this new crop of applications. CSPs are particularly suited to deliver the overlay and network services at the edge.
